What was the impact of working from home and RTO on your organization\u2019s networks and collaboration? Where are you now compared to before this all started?<\/p>\n

Together with a research team from U of T\u2019s Rotman School of Business and the Centre for Industrial Relations & HR, we are undertaking a large research study on measuring the impact on organizational collaboration. Never before, have so many organizations been impacted by the same event, all at the same time.<\/p>\n

For the purpose of the research, the same, de-identified metadata from O365 is required (calendar, messaging and email). In order to measure the impact of RTO, presence data is required for that time period.<\/p>\n
